Gross to Net Salary Calculator
Estimate net or gross salary with configurable percentage and fixed deductions and no country-specific tax assumptions.
How to estimate gross and net salary
Choose Gross to net when you know pay before deductions. To estimate the gross amount required for a target net amount, use the reverse mode. Then add each deduction as a percentage of gross pay or a fixed amount.
Gross salary versus net salary
Gross salary is pay before deductions. Estimated net salary is what remains after applying percentages to the original gross amount and subtracting fixed deductions.
Estimated net = gross pay − percentage deductions − fixed deductions
Configurable example
With gross pay of 1,000, a 10% deduction, and a fixed deduction of 50, estimated net pay is 850. You can name each row to identify contributions, taxes, or other known items.
Scope of the estimate
The calculator does not automatically include taxes, contributions, caps, or statutory rules for any country. Results use only the deductions you enter and do not replace a payroll statement.
