Utilsha

Privacy Policy

This policy explains in clear language what information may be involved when you use Utilsha and how we aim to protect it. It describes the current service; if new technologies change these practices, this page will be updated.

1. What Utilsha is

Utilsha is a platform of free online tools. It currently has no accounts, profiles, payments, or newsletter. Published tools can be used without registration.

2. Information that may be processed

When any website is visited, its hosting infrastructure may receive technical request data such as IP address, date, requested URL, browser, and information needed for security and content delivery. The provider and specific retention rules will depend on the production infrastructure.

Utilsha does not seek to collect content entered into calculators, generators, or editors. Analytics events are limited to general usage data, such as the tool used, and must not include processed content, files, file names, passwords, text, entered URLs, financial values, or Contact form data.

3. Files and local processing

Current image and PDF tools process files locally in the browser. They do not upload or store them on Utilsha servers. The currently published QR, text, and code tools also run locally.

This statement applies to tools that expressly show the local-processing notice. If a future feature requires a server, it will be disclosed before use and this policy must be updated.

4. Cookies and storage

Utilsha uses localStorage to remember your privacy choice. Google Analytics can load only after you accept Analytics through the banner or Privacy preferences. AdSense and advertising technologies are not active.

5. Analytics and advertising

With your consent, Utilsha may use Google Analytics to obtain general usage statistics and improve the service. Google acts as the provider of this technology and may receive technical and interaction data generated while browsing, according to its own documentation and configuration.

You can reject Analytics initially or withdraw consent at any time through Privacy preferences in the footer. After withdrawal, Utilsha stops sending events and attempts to remove GA cookies accessible to the site. Provider availability and configuration may change.

Utilsha does not currently use AdSense, advertising personalization, Google Signals, User-ID, or remarketing.

6. Third parties and external links

The site uses bundled open-source software dependencies. Google Analytics is the optional external measurement provider and does not load before consent. No advertisements are currently loaded from external services.

External links you choose to open are governed by the destination site's practices. Utilsha does not control those pages.

7. Retention and security

Utilsha does not retain locally processed files on its servers. Potential technical hosting logs will follow the production provider's configuration and policy.

Reasonable design and security measures are used, but no web service can guarantee protection against every risk.

8. Choices and rights

You can control cookies through your browser and stop using the service at any time. For information requests or questions about applicable rights, use the Contact page. The response will depend on the request and applicable requirements.

9. Changes and contact

This policy may change when the service, infrastructure, or applicable requirements change. The published date identifies the current version.
