1. What cookies are
Cookies are small pieces of data a website can store in a browser. Technologies such as localStorage may also retain preferences even though they are not technically cookies.
2. Necessary technologies
Utilsha stores your Analytics decision, consent version, and update date in localStorage. This preference is necessary to remember your choice and is shared between the Spanish and English versions of the site.
3. Categories
The architecture separates necessary technologies from optional ones.
- Necessary: remember the privacy choice and support essential functions. Always active.
- Analytics: optional usage measurement through Google Analytics. Disabled until you accept it.
- Advertising: not currently used. AdSense and other advertising technologies are inactive.
4. First- and third-party cookies
If you accept Analytics, Google Analytics may set cookies such as _ga and a cookie beginning with _ga_ followed by an identifier. Google commonly uses them to distinguish users and retain session information; names, scope, and duration may change with provider configuration and documentation.
Utilsha does not load Google Analytics before consent and does not currently use Google AdSense or other advertising-provider cookies.
5. Preference controls
You can accept or reject Analytics through the initial notice and change your choice through Privacy preferences in the footer. Withdrawing consent stops new events and attempts to remove _ga and _ga_ cookies accessible to Utilsha.
You can also review, block, or delete cookies through browser settings. Blocking future necessary technologies may affect some functions.
6. Changes
This policy will be updated when the technologies in use change materially. An important change may increase the consent version and cause Utilsha to request your choice again.
